Hi, I’m Colleen Foy, founder of The Werx (the home of Brow Werx & Skin Werx) as a dedicated clinical skincare specialist—and Esthetic Permanent Makeup Artist, I am a little (or a lot) obsessed with the science of skin, the powerful results of skincare backed by nature and transformational abilities of a well balanced set of brows. I have found the best way to fuse my passion for science, artistry and overall wellbeing is by offering my Esthetic services to help people feel confident in their skin.
